Here are the latest screenshots of my building. I am finding it hard to create a bombed out exterior without making the whole thing far too complex. Some more research into how to model for game engines will go a long way I think!
After showing this model to my friends on Facebook I got some handy feedback - The broken section of the wall (external) was far too jagged - unrealistically so - it was not true to life with how a brick wall would crumble when bombed. Also the same wall needs to be thicker as at the moment it looks unrealistic because it has no depth to it. Here is a revised snapshot of my walls after further research and adjustment in Maya;
